Return and Cancellation Policy

• All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• No unauthorized returns.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us.
• Returns must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable in any case (even though the S&H charges are included in the purchase price).

Chargeback Policy

If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.Buyiogen.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.
