Please note that we cannot answer personal and specific health questions. The FDA does not allow us to give advice regarding what supplements you should take, what dosage you should take, how to combine supplements, how they interact with medicines, or how to treat a personal medical condition. These types of questions are best reserved for your health care provider who has evaluated your overall health condition and knows your blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, has done a physical exam, blood studies, EKG, knows the medicines and the dosages you are prescribed, your diet, any allergies that you may have, and understands your overall medical and mental health.
